- What kind of dog(s) are you looking for?
- I am interested in fostering, would prefer small breeds and I have experience with special needs animals includung blindness, deafness, missing limbs, old age needs, etc. Currently have 11 yr old shih tzu starting to go deaf and blind, 1 year old japanese chin with scoliosis, 3 yr old cat born with severe vision deficit, 4 yr old cat with significant heart murmur. I do not have a fenced yard but the dogs are walked at least a mile every day, unless weather is too severe in which case we take several short walks instead.

- Tzu Hsi - 11 year old shih tzu and the love of my life!
Leia - 5 1/2 yr old long coat German Shepherd not social with people but loves other the other animals in the house
Sadie Lu - 1 yr old terrier mix visiting me while we work on behavioral problems. She is making steady improvement and will be returning home around Christmas
Peek-a-boo - 1 year old Japanes Chin with scoliosis. Although she will probably need a doggy wheelchair in the future, this little gal still goes for walks every day and manages the flight of 21 stairs on her own when we get home. I let her set the limits as to what she can or cant handle physically and she is doing very well.
Malika - 3 month old shih tzu just joined the family about two weeks ago and is slready asking to go out to go potty.

So the Shih Tzu's plan on arriving in Perry around 6pm on Sunday. I have a couple coming to meet and possibly pick up Jubilee the pitty pup so I cannot leave until after they do...not sure if you have a time restriction on Sunday night or if we want to reschedule to have her come over on Monday or Tuesday...I start a new job so I will be unavailable during the day until after 5pm. Let me know what you are thinking...
