Your Help is Desperately Needed! Call/Write!

The City of Camden contracts with the Camden County Animal Shelter to take all of its stray and surrendered animals (about 200 a month).

Because there is a conflict about the bill that is in discrepancy of what the City of Camden THINKS it owes the Shelter and what the Shelter THINKS is owed to them, the CAMDEN COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER IS TURNING AWAY ALL ANIMALS THAT ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS ARE BRINGING TO THE SHELTER.

This is NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS INEXPERIENCED AND UNORGANIZED "BOARD OF DIRE… Continue

Good News!

GOOD NEWS....the last pitbull we rescued from November, 2009 has gone to his forever home. Chance along with his siters, Mayo and Noel were taken from a dog fighter's house in Salem, NJ.

His sisters found permanent and loving homes after they were sent to Texas in April and now Chance too have found a place to call "home". After considerable medical issues and being told we should have euthanized Chance in December, he pulled through and is a very happy little boy.

Thanks to Lindsay, his foste… Continue

Hi and welcome to Going To The Dogs rescue network. My vision for this network is that the rescue folks actually have a place to network. One way we can do this is by advertising what we do. Blog...blog...blog. In your blog you can post pictures of your rescues, your adoption kids, brag on your place, your self, your business, whatever. Let us get to know what you do, who you are. Talk to each other, comment on each others pages. Connect...

I believe we will become family quickly. We are all about dogs here with one common cause.

This is a rescue network...crossposters, transporters, pullers, vets, techs, supporters of all kinds. Invite anyone and everyone that you belive will help. Some people want to donate money. GREAT! We need it. Some people will pray. GREAT...we need them. Bring them in, because this is gonna be the place of all places that will be saving the dogs and people will be touched in the process.

If I'm not already your friend, please add me. Come by my page and let's be friends! I'm very glad you are here. Please check out the main page. Lots of information happens there. Please check it often. And look for me on the chat!

God bless!

Hugs,
Doreen

(Also, as a side note, I make and sell healthy dog cookies..no wheat or corn. FREE SHIPPING!!Check out my page if you are interested!)

PS...Please don't change your personal information. We back up our data and use that information to help us rescue dogs.

PSS...If you want to help us in any way...either by posting, researching, recruiting, praying...if you have something that you think we need...please come to one of the Administrators...WE NEED YOU! You are NOT here by mistake. :) We welcome you with open arms. Thank you for coming!

PSSS...If you want to donate to help us help the dogs, (or already agreed to) please do so on the main page...WE NEED IT! Also, if you have an animal business or just want to advertise your rescue we are "selling" slots for 5 bucks a month coming soon. Let me know if you are interested.
