- What kind of dog(s) are you looking for?
- My husband's page is out there somewhere, but I haven't visited it yet, so I'll included him here too ;) Noooo, I'm not talking for him b/c he'd say the same things here to.....right, Sweetie.....right???? ;-) LOL!
We're animal advocates, enthusiasts, rescuers, rehabbers, educators....heck, we do it all and we love every minute of it.
My husband and I have 2 full time jobs. We have our paying jobs that keep him and I working 16-18 hours a day 5-6 days a week. I work on the Stock Market particularly Marketing and Client Relationship Management for high net worth investment products and he owns a retail business geared toward car audio, security, navigation and all those fun gadgets that make being in the car for long periods of time a little more enjoyable and easier to endure whether you're carting an SUV full of kids (humans) or doing the weekend transport through the state with an SUV full of the other kind of kids (rescues) ;)
.....Then we have our second job, the non-paying, but truly rewarding one, being pit bull, labrador and chinchilla rescue.....chinchilla not chihuahua.
We live for our animals and our entire lives revolve around them as well as rescuing, rehabbing and helping to save others in need. In our eyes, our animals aren't just our animals, they're our lives and our reason for being. We believe that every animal should be cherished, loved, adored and given the best life possible.
They love us unconditionally, look at us like we're infalliable and live just to please us....shouldn't we repay them by doing the same? To us, they are our children and each is special and unique in their own way.

- I'm a proud mom to 6 dogs, 2 of which are our foster kids. Currently, we have 4 permanent kids (Thor -- 4 yo yellow male labrador, Ginger -- 6 yo black female labrador, Georgia -- 1 1/2 yo black female pit bull/labrador mix (we call her a Pittador!), and rounding out the "Fantastic Four" is Bear -- 9 mo yellow male labrador/conhound mix. We also have 2 pittie fosters right now (Cassie -- 1 1/2 yo female brindle staffy and Luca -- aka Ookie -- 9 mo black/white male pit bull).
In addition to labrador and pit bull rescue/volunteering/fostering, we are also actively involved in chinchilla rescue, rehab and rehoming. Yep, chinchilla not chihuahua though pretty much the same size LOL! If you've never seen or met a chinchilla, you don't know what you're missing!! They're loveable and very intelligent, and have so much personality, they just don't know what to do with it all. They are truly wonderful animals!
