What kind of dog(s) are you looking for?
My name is Jodi Jarvis-Therrian.
Everyday as I take a walk with my two best canine friends for about a year now we stop in the woods and get a treat, we say our gratitude for the day and are thankful for the food and blessings we have and then we send out our wish to the Universe that no other animal in the world shall go hungry. I started to do this long before the Pet Pantry, not knowing this would be my path that I was called to help on in life.
I suppose I was being called to do this for some time now but it took a few signs to smack me in the face before I knew it.
Now I feel I must follow this path I am being called to follow. I believe it is important to help those animals who cannot do for themselves, their unheard voices are always crying for us to hear.
My hope is that every being has a loving home and never ever goes hungry.
This is the main reason I decided to give my time to the Pet Panty to help all those animals in need . No one should have to make the decision to have to give up their best friend and I hope we can reach all families that need us.

I live with my wonderful husband Tim who makes me laugh and smile everyday,I am very grateful to be happy with the love of my life. There is also the beautiful, ambitious and fun 18 year old daughter Paige who is graduating this year and going into nursing. I also live with my two best four legged friends Odin and Cheyenne who give me much appreciated unconditional love everyday and fill my heart full of smiles.
I have a lot of wonderful family on the east side of Michigan , including parents, one sister Robin and lots of canine family there too.
I am also fortunate enough to have 3 awesome stepsons, Matt, Damien and Josh also one grandson Alex in Florida .
I believe the loss of a pet is one of the hardest things we all have to face. I believe all animals that have passed on should be honored . To keep those loved ones close to our heart in a beautiful way , I make memory stones out of fused glass with a small portion of the loved ones that have passed on ashes. To see sample stones check out my photos at www.myspace.com/memorystonesbyjodi
I believe some of the most important things in life are those you cannot see. Live happy, dance and dream always.
Brag about your dog (s)
Cheyenne is a beautiful shepard mix rescue who loves to fish, play chase with the ball and gives love unconditonally .
Odin is a handsome st. bernard mix rescue who loves to sing with me, and go on the paddle boat and gives great kisses .
Do you have a website or social network?

Please list the type (BREED) of dog you want to rescue or foster.
none at this time , as one dog is not good with other dogs.
I do foster baby ducks in the spring though.
The name you want to USE ON THIS SITE (not a website, not an email- a NAME!)

Hi and welcome to Going To The Dogs rescue network. My vision for this network is that the rescue folks actually have a place to network. One way we can do this is by advertising what we do. Blog...blog...blog. In your blog you can post pictures of your rescues, your adoption kids, brag on your place, your self, your business, whatever. Let us get to know what you do, who you are. Talk to each other, comment on each others pages. Connect...

I believe we will become family quickly. We are all about dogs here with one common cause.

This is a rescue network...crossposters, transporters, pullers, vets, techs, supporters of all kinds. Invite anyone and everyone that you belive will help. Some people want to donate money. GREAT! We need it. Some people will pray. GREAT...we need them. Bring them in, because this is gonna be the place of all places that will be saving the dogs and people will be touched in the process.

If I'm not already your friend, please add me. Come by my page and let's be friends! I'm very glad you are here. Please check out the main page. Lots of information happens there. Please check it often. And look for me on the chat!

God bless!

Hugs,
Doreen

(Also, as a side note, I make and sell healthy dog cookies..no wheat or corn. FREE SHIPPING!!Check out my page if you are interested!)

PS...Please don't change your personal information. We back up our data and use that information to help us rescue dogs.

PSS...If you want to help us in any way...either by posting, researching, recruiting, praying...if you have something that you think we need...please come to one of the Administrators...WE NEED YOU! You are NOT here by mistake. :) We welcome you with open arms. Thank you for coming!

PSSS...If you want to donate to help us help the dogs, (or already agreed to) please do so on the main page...WE NEED IT! Also, if you have an animal business or just want to advertise your rescue we are "selling" slots for 5 bucks a month coming soon. Let me know if you are interested.
