Petition: Pets must be checked for microchips before euthanasia

Every life is worth taking a few extra minutes on. One of the worst excuses I was ever given was "We don't check most of them because they get aggressive." Or perhaps even worse because it's just lazy "None of them ever come in chipped anyhow." How do you know if you rarely check them?!
